Elon Musk ignited controversy online by suggesting President Donald Trump appears in Jeffrey Epstein’s files, tweeting, “Donald Trump is in the Epstein files... Have a nice day, DJT!”

The claim drew swift rebuttals from prominent conservatives. Daily Wire commentator Matt Walsh called the idea “absurd,” arguing that if Democrats had such information, they would have already used it. “Trump is the most thoroughly vetted politician in American history,” Walsh wrote on X. “There is no dirt to release.”

Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk echoed the sentiment, writing, “Democrats tried to put Trump in prison... and censor him on all social media... and they were sitting on info that Trump was on the Epstein list? This is total and complete nonsense.”
The Epstein files, which remain largely under seal, have fueled years of speculation. Musk’s cryptic post, as a way to hit back at President Trump, has reignited debate and demands for full transparency. Even political commentator Laura Loomer, who recently met with Vice President J.D. Vance, had this to say:
Donald Trump BANNED Jeffrey Epstein from Mar a Lago.

He is not on any Epstein list.
If he was, he would have been indicted for it.
Everyone knows that.
