AOC Could Not Have Picked A Worse Time To Call Elon Musk Dumb

Timing is everything. Unfortunately for Democratic New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, she picked perhaps one of the worst times to call billionaire Elon Musk stupid. Ocasio-Cortez posted an Instagram video Monday in which she lambasted Musk for his new role in President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency and said that he is one of the “most unintelligent billionaires” she has ever met.

“This dude is probably one of the most unintelligent billionaires I have ever met or seen or witnessed,” the congresswoman said.

“They don’t do their homework, clearly. Like, they’re putting 19 year-olds in at the treasury. This dude is not smart. And the danger is not in the lack of intelligence and the lack of expertise that Elon has,” she went on to say. “I mean, this guy is one of the most morally vacant, but also just least knowledgeable about these systems that we really know of. But the point is that what that means is that they’re going to hit a button. Inevitably, they are going to hit a button and things can go sideways.”

Yes, it’s particularly rich coming from Ocasio-Cortez, whose brain is about as dense and congealed as Joe Biden’s half-melted soup of a mind. Maybe she is so upset because, unlike her years spent in Congress play-acting as a lawmaker, Trump and Musk have already been effective just months into the new administration, completely gutting the corrupt U.S. Agency for International Development.

But, to add salt to the wound, Musk’s rocket company, SpaceX, is set to launch a Falcon 9 rocket on Tuesday.

So here we have a millennial congressman posting vlogs on her Instagram, and then a tech billionaire shooting rockets into orbit. One is dumb; the other is smart. Can you spot the difference?
