After months of speculation and promises from top officials, the Justice Department now says there is no evidence Jeffrey Epstein kept a “client list” or was murdered, Axios reported Monday, citing a DOJ official.

Despite a flashy rollout of “The Epstein Files: Phase 1” at the White House earlier this year, most documents had already been public.

The DOJ has confirmed no further documents will be released. Jail footage also shows no one entered Epstein’s cell before his 2019 suicide.

FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino now acknowledge there’s no foul play evidence. Bondi’s early push drew support from right-wing influencers, but silence from the administration in recent weeks prompted backlash online.

Elon Musk responded by tweeting a meme mocking the shifting narrative.
