Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met top European leaders in London on Monday as concerns grow over the Trump administration’s shifting stance on the war. European leaders — including Britain’s Keir Starmer, France’s Emmanuel Macron, and Germany’s Friedrich Merz — reaffirmed support for Ukraine but are uneasy that U.S. policy toward Europe is hardening at a critical moment in negotiations.

Meanwhile, Russia escalated attacks across Ukraine, launching large barrages of missiles and drones that hit energy infrastructure and caused widespread outages.
