The FBI is arranging interviews with six Democratic lawmakers who released a video urging U.S. military personnel to reject any illegal orders, Fox News reported.

The group includes Senators Elissa Slotkin and Mark Kelly, both military veterans, and Representatives Jason Crow, Maggie Goodlander, Chris Deluzio and Chrissy Houlahan.

The bureau has not commented publicly, but the move signals growing scrutiny over the lawmakers’ warning, which was aimed at reinforcing military law and chain-of-command norms under President Donald Trump.

Last week, President Donald Trump accused this group of Democratic lawmakers of “seditious behavior” after they released a video urging U.S. military and intelligence personnel to refuse any illegal orders from the administration.

Trump escalated the rhetoric on Truth Social, calling the lawmakers “traitors,” demanding they be arrested, and saying their actions were “punishable by death.” He also reposted a user who wrote, “HANG THEM GEORGE WASHINGTON WOULD!!”
