According to testimony, Zients, Jake Sullivan, Antony Blinken, and Gina Raimondo raised alarms, while others such as Steve Ricchetti and Mike Donilon dismissed concerns as media exaggeration.
Zients said he advised Biden’s doctor, Kevin O’Connor, to conduct a full medical evaluation, and noted Biden increasingly relied on aides like Jill Biden and Annie Tomasini to manage his schedule and rest.
The report, titled “The Biden Autopen Presidency: Decline, Delusion, and Deception in the White House,” urges the Trump Justice Department to investigate potential misconduct. Democrats dismissed the findings as partisan.
