Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told the House Oversight Committee that she has no new information about convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, sharply criticizing Republicans for what she called a partisan investigation, according to congressional testimony.
In a closed-door deposition, Clinton said she never met Epstein, never traveled on his plane, and had no knowledge of his criminal activities.
She accused Republicans of forcing testimony to deflect scrutiny from President Donald Trump, who, like the Clintons, has denied wrongdoing and has not been charged in connection with Epstein.

Committee Chairman James Comer rejected claims of political motivation, saying the inquiry was bipartisan and focused on understanding Epstein’s operations. Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to testify next.
The investigation follows the release of Justice Department files under the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Both Clintons have denied any involvement in Epstein’s crimes, while lawmakers say transcripts and video of the depositions will be released once approved.
