Newly released emails from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate show that the late financier mentioned President Donald Trump multiple times over the past 15 years, according to documents published Wednesday by House Oversight Committee Democrats.
The emails, sent to Ghislaine Maxwell and author Michael Wolff, reference Trump’s past interactions with Epstein and claim he “knew about the girls.” However, Trump did not send or receive any of the messages, and he has not been accused of any wrongdoing.

Maxwell told investigators earlier this year that she never saw Trump act inappropriately and described him as “a gentleman in all respects.” Trump has long said he banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for “being a creep.”

The newly disclosed messages come amid congressional efforts to declassify federal files related to Epstein’s 2019 death. The White House has reaffirmed that Epstein died by suicide and said no new evidence will be released.
