A massive release of U.S. government records related to Jeffrey Epstein has reignited controversy across Britain, raising fresh questions about senior figures tied to the disgraced financier, according to CNN.

The documents reference former Prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, and former UK ambassador to Washington Peter Mandelson.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has urged Andrew to cooperate with U.S. congressional investigators and called for Mandelson to step down from the House of Lords.

The files include emails, financial records, and photographs that do not allege criminal wrongdoing but intensify public scrutiny.

Mandelson has resigned from the Labour Party, while Ferguson’s charity has announced plans to close. British police said complaints linked to the disclosures are under review.

The revelations are increasing pressure on Britain’s political and royal institutions to address transparency and accountability.
