Ten days into President Donald Trump’s military campaign against Iran, the conflict has expanded far beyond the Middle East, pulling more than 20 countries into the crisis. Some nations are directly engaged in combat while others are providing military support or defense systems. The war has also triggered a major global energy shock.
Iran has launched strikes against at least ten countries since the conflict began. Targets include U.S. and Israeli bases, Gulf capitals, oil infrastructure, and civilian areas.

Tehran has also effectively shut down the Strait of Hormuz, a critical shipping route that carries roughly 20 percent of the world’s oil supply. The disruption has pushed global prices for oil, gas, and key industrial materials sharply higher.
European militaries are now involved as well. NATO forces have intercepted Iranian missiles over allied territory. France and Britain have deployed naval forces to the Eastern Mediterranean after Iranian drones struck a U.K. base in Cyprus.
Meanwhile, Russia and China are maneuvering diplomatically while intelligence reports suggest continued support for Iran.
