Israel, Lebanon Agree To 10-Day Ceasefire: Trump

President Donald Trump announced that Israel and Lebanon have agreed to a 10-day ceasefire, according to the Associated Press. The report said the truce will begin Thursday evening following talks with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Trump described the discussions as productive and said the agreement aims to reduce hostilities.

According to reports, the ceasefire follows recent direct talks between Israel and Lebanon in Washington after weeks of conflict involving Hezbollah.

Trump said U.S. officials, including Vice President JD Vance, will continue diplomatic efforts to secure a longer-term peace agreement.
