Instead of the planned cultural tour, the Vances will visit the Pituffik Space Base, a U.S. military facility in the northwest, where they will receive a briefing on Arctic security and meet with the U.S. service members.

Additionally, the trip’s original security advisor, Mike Waltz, wasn't mentioned in the video.
