Judge Throws Out Trump Defamation Case Against Murdoch, WSJ

A U.S. judge has dismissed former President Donald Trump’s defamation lawsuit against media mogul Rupert Murdoch and The Wall Street Journal over a report concerning an alleged Epstein-related letter, according to court filings.

The ruling marks a setback for Trump’s legal challenge, in which he had argued that the publication’s coverage was false and damaging.

The court, however, found insufficient grounds to proceed with the claim, effectively ending the case at this stage.
