NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams recently shared their thoughts on the unexpected extension of their mission aboard the International Space Station (ISS) in an interview with Fox News. After spending over 280 days in space, their stay was prolonged due to technical issues with their Boeing Starliner spacecraft.

Both astronauts expressed gratitude toward SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and U.S. President Donald Trump for their efforts in ensuring their safe return to Earth. Their extended mission marked a significant achievement in space exploration, with the astronauts adapting to unforeseen challenges during their extended stay.
