New Website Maps Legal Attacks On Trump Agenda

U.S. President Donald Trump

A pro-Trump legal group launched a new website, JudicialSabotage.org, cataloging 266 lawsuits filed against President Donald Trump’s agenda.

Created by the Article III Foundation, the site highlights the widespread legal opposition to Trump’s policies, particularly the surge in nationwide injunctions issued by lower courts before the Supreme Court recently curbed the practice.

Roughly one-third of the lawsuits concern immigration policy, while others target transgender regulations, government spending, and administrative overhauls. Will Chamberlain, senior counsel at the foundation, said the database demonstrates the scale of “judicial lawfare” facing the administration.

Last Friday, the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that nationwide injunctions likely violate the Judiciary Act of 1789. The decision stemmed from a case on Trump’s order ending birthright citizenship. The ruling allows class-action suits as an alternative. Hours later, the ACLU filed one in New Hampshire on behalf of families affected by the order.
