Oversight Panel Releases Fresh Epstein Images, Raising New Questions

@TheInsiderPaper tweeted: "Photos from Epstein’s estate released by House Democrats — Bill Gates poses for a photograph with a woman whose face has been redacted"

House Democrats on the Oversight Committee released five additional photographs from Jeffrey Epstein’s estate on Thursday, intensifying scrutiny as the Justice Department faces a court-mandated deadline to release its investigative files.

The images were released without added context and include a Ukrainian passport with a female designation, Epstein pictured with philosopher Noam Chomsky, and Bill Gates photographed with a woman whose face was redacted.

Another image shows a fragment of a text exchange discussing sending young women, while a fifth depicts a woman’s foot with a quote from Lolita written on it.

Democrats said the estate provided no explanations for the images and that identifying details were redacted to protect victims. Republicans accused Democrats of selectively releasing material to shape a narrative.

The committee received more than 95,000 images from the Epstein estate and continues reviewing them. Survivors have voiced concern that the piecemeal disclosures have been distressing.

The DOJ faces a Friday deadline to release its Epstein files but has not detailed how or when that will occur.
