Police Arrest Rob Reiner’s Son Following Apparent Homicide

Nick Reiner, the son of filmmaker Rob Reiner and his wife Michele Singer Reiner, was arrested and booked on $4 million bail, according to Los Angeles County jail records cited by CBS News.

The arrest followed the discovery of Rob and Michele Reiner dead at their Brentwood home on Sunday.

Los Angeles police said the Robbery Homicide Division responded to the scene and described the case as an apparent homicide, without releasing further details.

Rob Reiner was 78, and Michele Singer Reiner was 68. The couple, married since 1989, had three children. The investigation remains ongoing.
