Moscow has expanded the facility – home to Russia’s main drone manufacturing hub – by 340 hectares in the past year.

Satellite imagery shows freshly constructed hangars sprawling across the northern sector, while production facilities and residential quarters have been extended in the central complex.
A separate 450-hectare construction site has been set up just south of the SEZ. Its purpose is unknown, but a road is being built to connect it to the zone.
The drone factory, which employs teenagers, has accelerated its output of the long-range unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which cost from £15,000 to £50,000 to produce, according to The Telegraph.
