Russian President Vladimir Putin said Friday that President Donald Trump’s 28-point peace proposal for Ukraine could serve as the foundation for a “final peace settlement,” according to remarks delivered to Russia’s security council.
Russia's Putin accused Ukraine of obstructing peace as the US raised pressure on Zelenskiy to agree to a draft plan to end the war.
