Russia's Medvedev Threatens “Bad Ending” If U.S. Sends Long-Range Missiles To Ukraine

The Kremlin warned Washington of severe consequences if the U.S. sends long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine. Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said such a move “could end badly for everyone, most of all for Trump himself.”

Medvedev argued that it is “impossible to distinguish a nuclear Tomahawk missile from a conventional one in flight,” escalating Moscow’s rhetoric over potential U.S. involvement in the Russia-Ukraine war.

Speaking aboard Air Force One on Sunday, President Donald Trump said he may consider providing Tomahawks if peace talks between Russia and Ukraine fail. He described them as “very offensive weapons” and acknowledged that “Russia does not need that.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told Fox News the missiles would be used strictly for “military goals,” insisting Ukraine has never targeted civilians. The White House has not commented publicly on the matter.
