Supreme Court Approval Falls To Record Low, Gallup Poll Finds

Public approval of the U.S. Supreme Court has fallen to a record low of 33%, according to a new Gallup poll released on Tuesday.

The survey found that 61% of Americans now disapprove of the Court, the highest level of disapproval recorded by Gallup.

According to the poll, Republican support declined sharply from last year after the Court blocked key policies backed by President Donald Trump, including measures related to tariffs and birthright citizenship.

Approval among Democrats and independents remained largely unchanged at 12% and 35%, respectively.

The Supreme Court is scheduled to hear cases involving gun rights, Title IX employment protections, and federal regulatory authority when its new term begins in October.
