President Donald Trump announced Monday that CBS, Paramount, and 60 Minutes have agreed to a $16 million settlement in a lawsuit he filed over alleged media fraud — marking what he described as a “big and important win” in his ongoing battle against the mainstream press.

In a Truth Social post, Trump claimed the total recovery could exceed $36 million when factoring in future media credits, advertising, and public service announcements from the companies’ new ownership.

“This is another in a long line of victories over the Fake News Media,” Trump wrote, accusing legacy outlets of defrauding the public.

He also warned other major outlets — including The New York Times, CNN, and The Washington Post — that they are “on notice.”

No public response has yet been issued by CBS or Paramount.
