The Trump administration has expanded sanctions on the International Criminal Court, targeting four additional officials for pursuing investigations against U.S. and Israeli leaders.
According to CNN, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced Wednesday that ICC judges Kimberly Prost of Canada and Nicolas Guillou of France, along with deputy prosecutors Nazhat Shameem Khan of Fiji and Mame Mandiaye Niang of Senegal, were sanctioned for their roles in authorizing or supporting cases against U.S. personnel and Israeli officials.

The sanctions fall under an executive order issued by President Donald Trump earlier this year, which allows penalties on ICC officials attempting to prosecute without U.S. or Israeli consent.
The ICC previously issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
The administration argues the ICC’s actions are “illegitimate and baseless,” continuing a policy first set by Trump in 2020 when similar measures were imposed.
