U.S. Gives Ukraine $800 Million More In Military Aid

U.S. President Joe Biden has pledged a further $800 million in military aid to help Ukraine defend itself against Russia. The latest package includes helicopters, artillery, and armored personnel carriers.

The package brings the total military aid since Russian forces invaded Ukraine in February to more than $2.5 billion.

According to Reuters, it includes 11 Mi-17 helicopters, 18 155mm howitzers, 40,000 artillery rounds, counter-artillery radars, 200 armored personnel carriers, and 300 additional "Switchblade" drones.
