The U.S. military carried out another strike on a suspected drug-trafficking boat in the Caribbean, killing two people, according to reporting by the Associated Press. The operation is part of an ongoing campaign under President Donald Trump targeting what the administration calls “narcoterrorism.”
According to U.S. Southern Command, the vessel was struck along known smuggling routes. The military released video footage showing the boat being destroyed. No U.S. personnel were harmed.

The report said at least 188 people have been killed in similar strikes since September. Despite the ongoing Iran conflict, these operations have intensified in recent weeks.
The Trump administration argues the campaign is necessary to curb drug flows into the United States. However, critics have questioned the legality of the strikes, noting the government has provided limited evidence linking targeted vessels to drug trafficking.
