Russian strikes hit vital infrastructure and residential areas in the Odesa region, destroying important food warehouses and damaging energy facilities, announced Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper.

The assault did not spare civilian neighborhoods, leaving multiple private homes damaged and raising immediate safety concerns for local families. Regional response teams are actively evaluating the destruction as utility crews work to repair damaged energy lines and secure affected sites.
