Bitcoin is heading toward a roughly 20% weekly gain after a series of developments revived investor confidence in the cryptocurrency market.

Bitcoin climbed from about $62,837 at the start of the week to $75,343 on Friday. Crypto-related stocks also advanced, with Coinbase, Circle and Strategy posting strong gains, while a Bitcoin-focused ETF rose in premarket trading.

The rally accelerated after Treasury yields declined following a major intervention in the bond market. Lower yields helped support risk assets and contributed to a broader crypto rebound. According to CoinGlass, about $2.7 billion in short crypto positions were liquidated, intensifying the move.

Investor optimism also improved over renewed efforts by the White House and crypto industry leaders to advance the Clarity Act. The report said the legislation could provide a major boost to the sector, although its prospects remain uncertain.

Despite the rally, Bitcoin remains below its 2026 peak and record high. Token Bay Capital's Lucy Gazmararian expects further volatility before the market fully turns bullish.
