House Oversight Chair James Comer warned Tuesday that Bill and Hillary Clinton could face legal exposure as Congress prepares to force the release of Justice Department files tied to Jeffrey Epstein.
Comer told Just The News that both Clintons will be subpoenaed as part of a widening investigation into Epstein’s ties to high-profile figures.

He argued that former President Donald Trump has answered questions about Epstein “for years,” while the Clintons have avoided scrutiny.
The Justice Department is reviewing Epstein’s connections to prominent Democrats, including Bill Clinton, who has long denied any knowledge of Epstein’s criminal activity.
Congress recently released more than 20,000 pages of related documents, fueling political tensions. While no evidence links the Clintons to criminal conduct, Republicans say their lack of cooperation raises questions.
Both chambers of Congress have now approved legislation compelling the DOJ to release all unclassified Epstein records within 30 days. President Trump is expected to sign the bill.
