Danish Report Warns Of Russian Strikes On NATO Infrastructure

Danish intelligence has warned of a growing, though still low, risk that Russia could launch a limited military attack against a NATO member in the coming months.

According to the Danish Defence Intelligence Service, Moscow could conduct isolated long-range strikes against infrastructure supporting Ukraine. The report said such an attack could aim to divert European resources from Ukraine and create divisions within NATO.

The intelligence service also warned of expanding Russian hybrid warfare against Western countries, including major cyberattacks and sabotage that could cause significant disruption or casualties.

The warning comes as European officials raise concerns about Russian activity. Poland is separately investigating a fire at a Starlink ground station as possible sabotage, although responsibility has not been established.

The talks in New York are aimed at finding a pathway toward ending the nearly seven-month conflict, although both sides remain reluctant to give up leverage before securing concessions.
