Former Top Gear Host Jeremy Clarkson Says He Has Cancer

The 66-year-old shared the news during an episode of Clarkson’s Farm, the Amazon Prime Video series that follows his farming ventures in England.

Jeremy Clarkson, the former host of Top Gear and The Grand Tour, has revealed that he has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.

According to CNN, the 66-year-old shared the news during an episode of Clarkson’s Farm, the Amazon Prime Video series that follows his farming ventures in England.

Clarkson told his co-stars Charlie Ireland and Kaleb Cooper that the cancer is aggressive but was detected at an early stage.

The television personality also posted a video on Instagram warning viewers that the final episodes of the latest season would contain difficult and emotional moments. Clarkson said the episodes differ significantly from the show’s usual lighthearted and rural tone.

The announcement comes less than two years after Clarkson disclosed that he had undergone a major heart procedure following a sudden decline in his health in 2024.

The report said Amazon Prime Video has not yet confirmed whether Clarkson’s Farm will return for a sixth season.
