A plane carrying Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth declared an emergency over the Atlantic after its windshield cracked midflight, the Pentagon confirmed.

The aircraft rapidly descended to 10,000 feet and landed safely at RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom. No injuries were reported.
