Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has threatened to target major U.S. technology companies operating in the Middle East, escalating tensions in the ongoing conflict.
According to CNBC, firms including Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft and Google were named among 18 companies described as potential targets.
The warning, issued via an IRGC-linked channel, said attacks could begin imminently and urged employees to evacuate affected workplaces. The report said the threat follows earlier Iranian strikes on regional data centers, which disrupted digital services.

Iran framed the move as retaliation for U.S. and Israeli military actions. Officials warned that further attacks would respond to continued strikes on Iranian targets.
Companies said they are monitoring the situation and prioritizing employee safety. The conflict has already seen thousands of missile and drone attacks across the Gulf.
The escalation highlights growing risks to global tech infrastructure as geopolitical tensions spill into commercial and digital sectors.
