Leonid Radvinsky, the billionaire owner of OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43 following a prolonged battle with cancer, the company confirmed in a statement reported by Bloomberg. The London-based firm said he passed away peacefully and requested privacy for his family.
Radvinsky, who maintained a low public profile, acquired a majority stake in OnlyFans in 2018, according to company filings. The report said he played a key role in transforming the platform into a global digital business built around creator subscriptions.

Under his leadership, OnlyFans expanded rapidly, allowing users to monetise content directly from subscribers. While widely known for adult content, the platform also attracted creators from fitness, music, and food sectors.
According to company data, OnlyFans had over 4.6 million creators and 377 million users in 2024, generating $1.4 billion in revenue. The platform typically takes a 20 percent commission on creator earnings.
