Over the past ten weeks, women and children poured onto the streets of Iran demanding justice for the innocent 22-year-old girl, Mahsa Amini, who died while in the custody of the morality police for wearing her headscarf in an "improper" manner. Defying orders to cease demonstrations, they braved arrests and torture at the hand of the right-wing Islamist regime. More than 450 protestors have died, and around 18,000 have been imprisoned.
