President Donald Trump on Sunday lashed out at Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), accusing him of betraying the MAGA movement after the congressman criticized Trump’s strike on Iranian nuclear facilities as unconstitutional.

Massie is co-leading a bipartisan push for a war powers resolution to limit presidential authority on military action.

In a series of Truth Social posts, Trump called Massie a “grandstander” and “not MAGA,” accusing him of siding with Iran by opposing U.S. strikes. Trump praised the military operation as a “spectacular success” and said Massie’s resistance shows “disrespect” for American troops.

Massie, appearing on CBS’ Face the Nation, said voters were promised fewer foreign wars and noted Congress wasn’t briefed ahead of the strikes.

Trump vowed to campaign “really hard” against Massie’s 2026 primary bid and urged MAGA supporters to reject him.

“MAGA is not about lazy, grandstanding, nonproductive politicians,” Trump wrote.
