Governor Ivan Fedorov said Zaporizhzhia Oblast was hit by more than 800 strikes, wounding at least 15 civilians.

The widespread attacks struck power facilities and residential areas in several regions, including Odesa, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Poltava.
Ukraine’s private energy firm DTEK reported severe damage to power networks and emergency blackouts across multiple oblasts.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the strikes as evidence that Russia “is not feeling enough pressure” and urged tougher sanctions from the European Union.
The assault follows Ukraine’s reported Storm Shadow missile strike on Russia’s Bryansk Chemical Plant, escalating tensions as winter nears.
