Russian Billionaires' Yachts In Spotlight

Russian billionaires have been in the spotlight since Vladimir Putin invaded Ukraine on February 24.

In his State of the Union address on March 1, President Joe Biden said his administration would work with European countries to target Russian oligarchs by seizing "their yachts, their luxury apartments, their private jets," according to Forbes.
