Nvidia, Apple, Google, Microsoft, Amazon and Meta have collectively contributed $92 million toward President Donald Trump’s planned White House ballroom, according to a Washington Post report published Thursday.

The newspaper identified previously undisclosed donors and found that approximately half of the $333 million raised came from companies or executives with ties to federal contracts during Trump’s second term. Nvidia and Apple each pledged $25 million, the report said.

White House spokesman Davis Ingle defended the donors, describing them as a diverse group of companies and individuals, while promising to investigate those responsible for leaking donor information.

The ballroom project also faces legal uncertainty. A federal judge previously ordered construction to stop pending congressional approval, although the Supreme Court has allowed the project to proceed. The donations have drawn attention to the relationships between major contributors and the federal government.
