Trump Celebrates Supreme Court Win On Court Injunction Limits

President Donald Trump will hold a White House news conference at 11:30 a.m. ET today following what he called a “giant win” at the U.S. Supreme Court in Trump v. CASA.

The ruling limits the power of lower courts to issue nationwide injunctions, a tool previously used to block federal policies.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump claimed the decision also undermines “birthright citizenship scams,” though the Court did not directly rule on that issue. “Congratulations to Attorney General Pam Bondi, Solicitor General John Sauer, and the entire DOJ,” he wrote.

While the decision strengthens the executive branch’s power to enforce immigration policy, the constitutionality of Trump’s earlier attempt to end birthright citizenship remains unresolved.
