During a joint appearance at the White House with El Salvador’s President, U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters he recently scored “the highest mark” on a cognitive exam taken as part of his physical examination in the second term. “One of the doctors said, ‘Sir, I’ve never seen anybody get that,’” Trump said, adding that he’s taken the test three times and never found it difficult.

He also claimed, without evidence, that neither of the former presidents Biden or Obama ever took a similar cognitive assessment. The remarks came as Trump continues to highlight his mental fitness ahead of the 2024 election campaign.
