Russia has lost approximately 1,117,360 troops in Ukraine since launching its full-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on October 7.
The tally includes 1,020 casualties in the past 24 hours.
Ukrainian officials also reported the destruction of 11,238 tanks, 23,319 armored vehicles, 33,493 artillery systems, and 67,564 drones, among other equipment losses.

The figures, though unverified by Moscow, highlight the staggering human and material toll of Russia’s ongoing war.
