Deputy editor Kateryna Maiboroda said on Instagram (Nov. 10) that the platform removed the channel six times in a month, citing “spam and fraud” without providing specific examples.
The latest deletion, she said, came without the right to appeal, cutting off access to 18 documentary films and over 100 profiles of fallen Ukrainian soldiers.
Maiboroda accused Russian-linked networks of coordinated mass reporting aimed at erasing Ukraine’s historical memory. “They are not only destroying our cities but our memory, too,” she said.
Experts say Russian disinformation operations have increasingly targeted Ukrainian digital spaces through bots and false flag campaigns.
The move underscores the broader struggle over digital remembrance and free speech in wartime Ukraine as the country continues documenting its fallen heroes.
