Horders of Argentina supporters gathered in Atlanta and across major squares in Buenos Aires Tuesday night following the team's dramatic 3-2 victory over Egypt in the FIFA World Cup Round of 16.
The defending champions managed to overturn a two-goal deficit with less than 15 minutes of regular time remaining. Following Enzo Fernández's stoppage-time winner, crowds flooded local streets in celebratory demonstrations that remained largely peaceful into the early morning.
