Defying months of personal attacks from Donald Trump, Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed rallied Michigan supporters alongside Sen. Elizabeth Warren, sending a direct warning to the former president: "Call me Senator after tomorrow."

Addressing a high-energy crowd on the eve of Election Day, the progressive health official framed his campaign as a victory of working-class substance over toxic political distraction.

With Senate control at stake, Warren praised El-Sayed’s fight for affordable healthcare and economic justice. El-Sayed urged Michigan voters to turn out in full force to deliver a decisive rejection of Trump-backed opponent Mike Rogers.
