What Does The New Lawsuit Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Allege

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new civil lawsuit filed in California by an anonymous former child actor who alleges he was sexually assaulted at a Hollywood Hills networking event in 2007, according to a report by CNN.

The complaint claims Combs invited the minor into a private room under the pretense of discussing career opportunities.

The lawsuit alleges that after offering the child an alcoholic drink, Combs engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct. The accuser, identified under the pseudonym “John YH Roe,” was under 18 at the time of the alleged incident, the report said.

The lawsuit also names the actor’s former talent agency, alleging it failed to provide adequate supervision and protection for a minor attending the event.

A spokesperson for Combs strongly denied the allegations, calling them false and fabricated. According to CNN, Combs continues to deny all claims of sexual misconduct and maintains he has never sexually assaulted anyone.

The latest complaint adds to a growing list of civil lawsuits and legal challenges currently facing the music mogul.
