Which Military Options Is Trump Reviewing Against Iran

President Donald Trump met with senior national security officials Monday as the White House weighed possible military action against Iran following stalled negotiations over Tehran’s nuclear program.p

According to U.S. officials, Trump remains interested in securing a deal to end the conflict but believes Iran’s latest response failed to offer meaningful nuclear concessions. Trump publicly described the ceasefire as being on “massive life support” and warned that military options remain available if diplomacy collapses.

The report said Iran rejected Washington’s proposal, claiming it amounted to surrender to U.S. demands. Trump also accused Tehran of reversing course on plans to relinquish enriched uranium stockpiles.

Senior officials including Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth joined Monday’s discussions.

Potential options reportedly include renewed airstrikes, naval operations in the Strait of Hormuz, and expanded coordination with Israel.
