Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is due to meet US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner in Norway on Tuesday as tensions with President Donald Trump intensify, according to the report.
The Oslo discussions will also involve Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish President Alexander Stubb. Norway and Finland hope the meeting will help redirect diplomatic efforts towards ending Russia’s war against Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Kyiv has raised concerns about restrictions affecting its access to SpaceX’s military satellite services, which Ukraine relies on for defence. Zelenskyy said Washington had not explained the restrictions. US officials have disputed responsibility, while Trump said he wanted to establish who imposed them.
