Women File Lawsuit Against Epstein Estate Over Abuse Material

Two women have filed a proposed class-action lawsuit in Manhattan federal court against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate, seeking damages over the alleged possession of child sexual abuse material depicting them and more than 40 other victims.

The lawsuit claims Epstein maintained a so-called “modeling book” and thousands of abusive images, while many people shown in the material were never identified or notified by federal authorities.

The plaintiffs are seeking at least $6 million, with the complaint requesting $150,000 for each eligible class member. It also calls for a court-supervised program to help identify survivors depicted in the seized collection.
