In an interview with the Financial Times, Zelensky criticized what he described as a dangerous reduction in US intelligence sharing and restrictions affecting military satellite communications. He also condemned Trump’s reported diesel supply arrangement with Moscow, calling it a victory for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Ukrainian officials say disruptions to Starlink’s military services have complicated defence operations as Russian forces intensify aerial attacks.

Zelensky warned that restricted communications could increase casualties. Elon Musk said Starshield is controlled by the US government, while commercial Starlink is intended for civilian and defensive use.

The dispute follows US pressure on Kyiv to halt strikes against Russian energy infrastructure. Meanwhile, Russia has continued attacking Ukrainian facilities, leaving hundreds of thousands without electricity, according to Zelensky.
