Actress Selma Blair was arrested Sunday following an alleged altercation aboard a Delta flight from Los Angeles to New York, where she reportedly attempted to open a plane door and assaulted two flight attendants.

According to reports, the 54-year-old allegedly punched one crew member and bit another. Two flight attendants reported injuries, with one receiving hospital treatment.

Blair’s representative attributed her alleged conduct to a medical emergency. She was taken to a hospital after the aircraft landed at John F. Kennedy International Airport at approximately 11 p.m. She was reported to be in stable condition.

The episode has also drawn attention to Blair’s previous in-flight medical emergency in 2016, when she was reportedly removed from a flight on a stretcher after experiencing a psychotic blackout. The latest investigation remains ongoing.
